Russell is a really friendly warm guy he put me at ease as soon as he entered my home I had a few large water marks on my sofa with his expertise and equipment he got the water makes out effortlessly my sofa is a light cream colour so the water marks were really visible not anymore they’ve disappeared. I would highly recommend him I will definitely be staying in touch just in case I need him to come back for other jobs such as my carpets or even my car seats.

Had my carpets clean wth Russ this morning. Absolutely brilliant all the pile lifted stains removed e.g. makeup! Really fresh smell looks amazing 🤩

Russ was an absolute gent from his arrival to his departure. He text to say he’d be half an hour late, 20 minutes later he arrived. Well worth the wait and a considerate touch. Fantastic job on very dirty carpets. Russ pointed out one spot that was past the point of his skills before he started. He explained what he would do, the time it would take and gave tips on aftercare. The house smells lovely and the carpets have been given a new lease of life and will mean we don’t need to replace for a while. I would have no doubts about using Russ again if he was needed. Highly recommend his services.

Russell visited today and did an outstanding job. Our furniture had become incredibly dusty from being moved and stored, as demonstrated by the before and after pictures, which showed how filthy it was. Russell cleaned it and restored it to its original, like-new condition!

Russell is excellent. Turns up when he says he will, very high standard of service. Carpets are beautifully clean and Russell keeps you appraised of his progress as he progresses. Very neat in his work, my carpets never looked so good. The price was the same as he quoted over the telephone, with no hidden surprises. Very reasonable cost and a lovely , affable gentleman. Fair play! Called in as a last minute booking for my living room rug, red wine on a WHITE rug… Sprayed his magic solution and with a quick buzz the eyesore was no more! Russ turned up at the agreed time and got straight to work. He told us the process and what he would be doing. We had out sofas, living room, stairs and landing done. We had some stains from spillage and our dogs in the living room. The end results were amazing. Smells fresh and clean and not a stain in sight. Really reasonable on price and an absolutely top class job. We’ll be using Russ every year going forward. Would 100% recommend. ❤️1

Do not trust. Do not leave unattended. Russel came to clean a sofa and two rugs, I had no issue with him at the time, he seemed friendly and decent enough, we had a pleasant chat, I thanked him for doing such a good clean, paid up and he left. That night however I was woken up at both 12am and 3am by my Alexa alarm, and upon playing back the user inputs I was completely stunned to hear his voice setting the alarm, not once but twice ‘Alexa set alarm for 12am’ and ‘Alexa set alarm for 3am’. I do not know the man, he was a complete stranger to me, and the fact he deliberately did this to me in my own home whilst left unattended for a short time is completely unacceptable. It’s a gross breach of trust from a professional who works in other peoples homes on a regular basis and also downright creepy and odd behaviour. I would strongly advise against anyone using this company, especially if you are female and in the house on your own; I can’t help but wonder if his behaviour would have been different if it had been a male homeowner or if my partner had been there. I do not want to leave a one star review to any business as clearly this will significantly affect future business however the need to warn others of this very odd red flag behaviour, particularly those that may be perceived by him as being more vulnerable is a priority. As he is personable to talk to many more may be fooled into trusting him to work unattended. I also now wonder, what else did he feel the liberty of doing in my house? We complained to Russel via email however received no response. Having also got the voice recordings of him deliberately doing this I have also reported to police. 🙏7

Russell was prompt and courteous. He cleaned a large rug, a wing chair which was stained and my lounge carpet that had a bad stain from a radiator leak which he managed to greatly reduce. All looked and smelt lovely and clean afterwards. I would recommend Russell to clean carpets and upholstery.
