Deep vacuum
Loose dirt, dust and hair are vacuumed out first. This makes the clean far more effective.
Step 03
Pre-treat and clean
Stains and high-traffic areas are pre-treated with professional products. The carpet is then cleaned using VLM or hot water extraction.
Step 04
Sanitise and finish
Carpets are sanitised and groomed for an even, fresh finish. You are left with clean carpets ready for checkout or the next tenant.

A professional clean gives you the best chance of returning the carpets in good condition, which is one of the things landlords and agents check. We can’t promise the outcome of a deposit decision, as that depends on your tenancy agreement and the property’s condition.

Can every stain be removed?
